REFUND POLICY
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To assess the issue, you will need to provide photos or videos clearly showing the problem. In such cases, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost during the shipping process, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, if the loss occurs due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be able to offer refunds or free reshipments.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, unwanted colour, or fit preferences. A detailed size guide is available to help customers choose the correct sneaker size before purchasing.
For logistical reasons, we do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product. However, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, exceptional cases may be reviewed when legally required.
If a return is approved for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors, return shipping costs may not be refundable.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
When the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mistake, there will be no additional cost to the customer.
Refund Timeframe
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
